Los Feliz Duplex

This duplex, which contains two side-by-side townhomes, is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional Los Angeles duplex. Each townhome has its own private garage, private outdoor yards and street entrance. A double height space over the kitchen is the spatial focus of each townhome. Although a modern insertion into a neighborhood of eclectic building styles, it reaffirms the scale and texture of the existing neighborhood.
